Cancellation Policy
Appointment cancellation & No Shows: Your appointment times are reserved especially for you and you understand that HOB requires notification by 48 hours prior to your appointment in order to cancel or reschedule. You understand that you will incur an automatic 25% of the scheduled service(s) cancellation or No Show fee in addition to “the non-refundable deposit required to book the appointment” if you fail to keep your appointment and you fail to give the proper cancellation notice. This fee will be automatically charged to the account associated with your appointment. You will not be eligible to reserve a new appointment, use package treatments or membership treatments until all fees have been paid in full. Payment Processing: You understand that GlossGenius/Stripe will handle all payment processing. You hereby authorize GlossGenius/Stripe to draw items (checks, electronic fund transfers, charge cards) for the purpose of paying said payment(s), including any late fees or service fees from the account listed above.
